Be intensional about everything you do, don't allow sentiments of any sort becloud your thoughts. Be accountable for your actions, take responsibilities for them and make sure you avoid every form of explanation to anyone, they are absolutely distractions. Never apologise for your feelings because you were intensional about it, rather make feasible ammends in the situation where you hurt any one.
