ITS NATURAL BUT..

Which is better, to be a big fish in a small pond than a big fish in a big river? 

Often times we all prefer to be a big fish in small river because we value relevance, fame and power over integrity in our own space. 

Most times this relevance or popularity connotes us doing lots of dubious things which brings about shame,

Therefore a man without shame has no conscience, its natural to be ambitious,but don't allow selfishness over take your desire for position and fame 

An ambition that is not well channeled can lead to destruction, and when such happens, it affects a lot of things and even a generation unborn. 

Many a time we sell off character, then imploy selfishness that assassinates values and morals in us, because we are greed beyond our simple desires. 

To serve humanity should be our upmost goals, its better to chose service over status, it brings about true greatness, its important to know that what ever we become is all about service and for the benefit of others , we cannot serve a vacuum, hence we should learn to treat people rigth. 

Service is purpose driven for leadership,If you must be a good leader, you must be ready to serve others without any clause, you must be selfless and sacrificial in all ramifications. 

Like Jesus, you must totally humble yourself and face all challenges that comes along, considering others better than yourself. 

True greatness embraces the least and the ordinary, always be ready to offer help and service, in whatever  position or talent you have got,you must come down to the level of the ordinary, the lay and see all as one, like the poor , beggers, gate keeper , house help, etc 

Channel your ambitions rightly, Ask yourself why you want to pursue that service not status and genuinely be involved in the service of others for the betterment of yourself and alll around you
