BEING OVER PROTECTIVE.

Have you had people in your life who feels like they are over protecting you but actually in the real sence they aren't protecting nothing?

Often times we have people in your lives who are selfish with our advancement, they appear like they care so much about us, but they are only greedy and self centred.

They act like they know better, see better and can' direct us well, the are angry when we take decisions without them, they want to assume every role in our lives.

Most of the time, they don't want our voice to be heard, they are ready to make all the decisions for us and project only what they want to happen in our lives.

They can appear in the form of close aides, family relatives, parents and even siblings, sometimes colleagues and long time friends who knows more about your backgrounds, they are always everywhere.

Someone will say "family is everything" yea in some inevitable aspect of life but they become a pest when they won't allow you be what you want to be, make your own mistakes and take decisions that determines yourself.

If you don't have a say in your own life, if you can't determine what you want and how you want it, if you can't do something spontaneous, if you can't make your own mistakes and accept your responsibility, if you can't do something without informing them to take a decision, if you can't just be yourself, then you are under the over protecting forces of those close to you.

Many of such people, live in the pains of regrets, they complain alot and end up in perpetual hate for those who inflict this pain on them, they are mostly silent and introverts who believe they have no say after all.

A hard truth, when the jinx is broken and they become what they truly are, they become more eloquent than ever, the explore a world full of opportunities, they are free from all sorts of over protection.

Honestly, those who claim to be over protecting actually don't contribute in the lives of the people they claim to protect, other than selfish gains, allow people to be who they really want to be and pray for them.

Just almost when i got to the food stuff sellers shop, she also arrived, carrying Agege bread on her head, looking so hagged and hungry. How much is this rice, it looks so fine, the food seller replied her, its 400 per derica, while I was waiting to be attended to, she continued give me one derica, I don't eat rice with stones, I won't be able to eat it, she told the food seller, she buttressed again,  I can't eat rubbish because I don't have money, I left with my items while I pondered on the scene that just played out, the bread seller looks so unkept, probably from the hawking and again very hungry, even though she might not be able to afford the perfect life, but she deserves to eat the best, even if thats not what life has given to her. If you understand that life comes in phases, you wont be bothered by what happens around you so keenly So many things are enough to make you feel less a person, when you allow them take hold of you. There are catalyst who propels you to go out of your way to see that things are done or better still satisfy people and contents, yet we also have pressures who forces you to do things out of your will power to satisfy personal self or a greedy community. Be intensional about everything you do, don't allow sentiments of any sort becloud your thoughts.
