Most times people who are depressed bring out symptoms of difficulty, they find it hard to relate with people, they are mostly by their corners and hates to mingle, they careless about themselves.

There is nothing so hard that cannot be discussed, there is nothing hidden under the sun, you are not the first person it happened to, so many have undergone the same ordeal you passed through and still came out stronger and better, learn to talk to someone about it

We can't keep losing our youths because of something we feel does not have a solution, the solution comes when you talk to someone about it
