Have you ever rejected any responsibility because there is no gain or benefit attached to it?
What exactly does service mean to you?

If giving out your time and treasure and talents for the sake of humanity is always for a fee for you then you have to recheck your purpose on earth.

Or do you see it as an opportunity to show appreciation to God for all he has done for you?

Its better to align your commitments to the service of others effortlessly, so as to fully accomplish your purpose.

Our primary aim of life is the sacrifice we give to others and not for the selfish gains we accumulate for ourselves.

No matter whatever position you occupy in public or private organisations its best you serve for the good of others that's why you were elected in the first place.

Are you always clamoring for your rights and gains or the will to fulfil the desires of others, so that we have a sanitised society?

Are you amongst those who who buy responsibility, or positions? If you do, such people won't be accountable to anyone because you have given out something to earn a position for a more personalised gain.

Because of power you ask people the question "don't you know who I am" you forget that you are dust, you feel you can easily manipulate them with your resources and make them obey your orders, remember no one lives forever.

Services calls for humility,you can't serve with pride, humility is highy associated with service,, it entails giving your all for the good of others, its demanding draining and sacrificing.

Just almost when i got to the food stuff sellers shop, she also arrived, carrying Agege bread on her head, looking so hagged and hungry. How much is this rice, it looks so fine, the food seller replied her, its 400 per derica, while I was waiting to be attended to, she continued give me one derica, I don't eat rice with stones, I won't be able to eat it, she told the food seller, she buttressed again,  I can't eat rubbish because I don't have money, I left with my items while I pondered on the scene that just played out, the bread seller looks so unkept, probably from the hawking and again very hungry, even though she might not be able to afford the perfect life, but she deserves to eat the best, even if thats not what life has given to her. If you understand that life comes in phases, you wont be bothered by what happens around you so keenly So many things are enough to make you feel less a person, when you allow them take hold of you. There are catalyst who propels you to go out of your way to see that things are done or better still satisfy people and contents, yet we also have pressures who forces you to do things out of your will power to satisfy personal self or a greedy community.
