Hebrews 13:4 marriage is honourable amongst all, bed undefiled,its one of the hardest challenge in marriage yet you save yourself lots of worries.

God condemns the sin of the fleash so much Matt 15;19-20, yet keep making ammends, be careful about your sences, everything happens in our sences to the mind, then you conceive it, before you act it out, watch what you see..what you hear and what you do.

Appreciate your spouse, call him/her sweet names, buy him/her gifts, spice up your marriage, make people jealous on your marriage on your show of respect and submission for each other.

Why marry when you don't intend to make your spouse your friend, dont marry who is available, .
Marry who you love and loves you back and stay married

Adultery carries heavy curses attached to it, stay away from married people and don't be any sort if hindrance between them

Why chose curses to blessings, every act against your spouse will cause you so much in the future
If it isn't working, stay away from unhealthy relationships.

Be Sensitive about your spouse, be open to the needs of your spouse, be in love through and thorough and attentive to the yearning of your partner.

Sex is spiritual, you don't know the past of those you slept with sleep with, there are demons in human forms, they have souls in their hands to tarnish,beware of whom you share your bed with.

Just almost when i got to the food stuff sellers shop, she also arrived, carrying Agege bread on her head, looking so hagged and hungry. If you understand that life comes in phases, you wont be bothered by what happens around you so keenly So many things are enough to make you feel less a person, when you allow them take hold of you. There are catalyst who propels you to go out of your way to see that things are done or better still satisfy people and contents, yet we also have pressures who forces you to do things out of your will power to satisfy personal self or a greedy community. Be intensional about everything you do, don't allow sentiments of any sort becloud your thoughts.
