DON'T BE

I was opportuned to listen to a talk by a very prominent personality who was addressing a question directed at him in an open forum on any topic as asked.

Part of his response to a question was "Don't blame yourself for falling in love with a wrong partner, you might have not gotten it right in the first place but you can do better by setting boundaries that allows no dishonesty. Disrespect and addictions" end of quote 

This particular response got me thinking about what so many people are possibly undergoing in some toxic relationship, most people have so remained in their shells ,scared to speak up,so that they won't be faulted and judged by what society would always say ,rather they chose to keep quite and beat all the pains.

Someone mentioned how she was badly treated in her relationship and all her mother in-law could come up to say is that she should apologize to the husband to keep her marriage,she wasn't even particular about solving the root cause of what transpired,all she wanted was for her to apologize and keep the marriage .

Funny enough,the circle would continue again and again,she further went ahead to tell the lady that her son does not take nonsense and hence she should apologize to him in order to keep her so called toxic marriage, invariably she is saying she is less a person who is wired to accept nonsense.

This is the world we live in ,where we value society more than the dignity of an individual,where we careless of how someone feels , where we praise ego and promote the vices of a bad character over the good values we see around.

It's every important we stand for the truth even if it means us losing what we so cherish, don't worry when the right time comes,the truth will always surface,no matter how long it takes .

In a world filled with so much hate ,we tend to support our own even if they do wrong to hurt their neighbors,it's so wrong let's all learn to stand for the truth no matter who is involved ,it makes the world a more cozy place to live .

Be the legacy of truth,even after the darkest night,the sun will rise again and let's be that instrument of truth of a s
oul pleading for another ,where voices echos without been heard.

 I saw a post where someone made a comment and said "try and sit at the other side and see how painful it is when you talk down on people. APPRECIATE PEOPLE

If I ask you the number of people in the whole world, you would say there are over a billion people in the world today.  The good news is that you have many close to you and the sad news is that you can't reach out to all in a life's time.  Oftentimes we keep malice and grudge with the living while we cry over people who are no more, so sad a reality.  We are so quick to slander and fight the living while we send flowers to the dead and even wish we could write them letters Now we distance ourselves from the living just because of a misunderstanding while we go to the cemetery to have a moment with the dead on regrets of the past.  It hurts so much that we hardly regard others because we feel we are better than them.
