2023 INDEED

A very happy new year to all my fans here, it's indeed being a journey and life shows up in various ways to us, we are either sad, happy or indifferent as to the realities that life brings to us.

Personally, the previous year was filled with so much activities and events for me, am certain it's the same with some of us here, no matter what happens and what it offers, if you could read this, be assured that there is still light at the end, hope in the living is better than been dead.

I know you have a lot to share, experiences so painful and even joys so refreshing, wished we all can tend towards the same direction of only recording bliss and staying real in this regard.

How do we also bear with those who are in subjected pains, or those who are victims of circumstances, or those who out of their own carelessness are involved in perpetual regerts, the list is so endless, wished it wasn't so.

To us here in Nigeria, it is an election year and so many has happened already, we are hopeful as well as scared of the unknown, we have seen desperation come to play,  we have seen greed playing out, yet we have also recorded amazing love being displayed on all the political aspirants.

History will remember this time, when the 3 major tribes in Nigeria are all presenting a candidate to represent her, but trust me this election is beyond a candidate or a tribe, it is beyond religion or region, it is beyond enthicty or race, it is about the people, it is more about the integrity, capacity, character, competence and accountability of who represents us.

Nigerians awaits in hope, ready to open up to a revolution, time to initiate the thumb figth and win a war of national decadence, we are aloft all the challenges facing us, we are ready to renaact the change we so desire and make our country more cozy for our sake and those of our children.

Turkey and Syria are at their most painful times of their existence, a death toll of over 25,000 people, families wiped, souls lost, properties vanished and gloom is hovering, it's the worst recoded so far on natural disasters, while Nigeria is fighting for bad governance, some others are in toll with natural occurrence so inevitable.

How do i start to enumerate stories making headlines from individuals most especially in my country, sad realities everywhere, the phrase "may Nigeria not happen to you" is rapidly affecting souls daily, how do you explain the scenario of a hale and healthy child who left for school and her corpse was brought back home, due to negligence of the school authorities during her inter house sports, how do the parents of this child manage their pain for a life time?

Sadly, a 7 year old was sexually abused by her school bus driver, she reported to her father, he in turn confronted the driver and a fight ensued, the driver pushed him from the stairs and he died instantly, again how do we console the bereaved?

2023 has come to stay, we are all hopeful, it can only get better, while it keeps unfolding, we pray it ushers only good tidings.

Peace.
