If your name wasn't mentioned in a post or tagged along, learn to remove your mind and eyes from people's write up. Why cry or rack when a post is made, why bother when you aren't mentioned, you assume that the post is targeted at you because your conscience pricks you, your mind tells reminds you of your faults, rather than making ammends with yourself you pick offence on things that shouldn't even bother you. Assumptions are not reality, if you see a post that makes you offended, ask some questions to your self, like am I being tagged, was my name mentioned, do I have any right to be offended by this post, what will I gain by calling out any innocent post and why should I even bother?
